Deliveroo
- To ensure app transactions track, select Deliveroo for your cashback selection and then open up the Deliveroo app and complete your order as normal. Please note that it can take up to 7 days to track
- To complete your order via the Deliveroo app, click through the Cashblack app first. If you already have the Deliveroo app on your device, open up the app and complete your order. If you don’t have the Deliveroo app but want to complete your order through it, after clicking through from Cashblack, download the Deliveroo app via your app store and complete your order.
General Cashback Terms
- Ensure tracking of your purchase by completing your order wholly online in a timely manner after clicking “Get Cashback”
- Purchases at this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the merchant confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
- If you do not receive notification of your cashback being tracked within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us by creating a “Missing Cashback” ticket
- Cashback is not paid on VAT, delivery charges and any other additional fees
- The use or purchase of gift cards, vouchers or other referral sites may invalidate your cashback
